The Thirsty Crow

Once upon a time, a crow was very thirsty. He flew here and there in search of water. At last, he saw a pot with a little water at the bottom. His beak could not reach the water. He thought of an idea. He picked up small pebbles and dropped them into the pot one by one. The water level rose. The crow drank the water and flew away happily.

Moral: Where there is a will, there is a way.

Once a dog found a juicy bone. He was very happy. He took the bone and ran towards his home. On the way, he had to cross a bridge over a river. He looked down and saw his own reflection in the water. He thought it was another dog with a bigger bone. He wanted that bone too. He opened his mouth to bark at the other dog. As he opened his mouth, his own bone fell into the river. He lost his bone because of his greed.

Moral: Greed is a curse.
