When the tremors stopped, they saw the sea rising. In the chaos and confusion, two of his children caught hold of the hands of their mother's father and mother's brother and rushed in the opposite direction. He never saw them again. His wife was also swept away. Only the three other children who came with him were saved.

An Elephant and A Tailor or A Lion and A Mouse

Answer (A Lion and A Mouse): Once, a lion was sleeping in a forest. A little mouse ran over his nose and woke him up. The lion was angry and caught the mouse. The mouse begged for mercy and said, "Please let me go! I will help you one day." The lion laughed but let him go. Later, the lion was caught in a hunter's net. The mouse heard his roar and came to help. He chewed the net and set the lion free. The lion thanked the mouse and learned that even small friends can be great helpers.

Answer (An Elephant and A Tailor): Once, an elephant used to visit a tailor's shop every day. The tailor would give him bananas. One day, the tailor pricked the elephant's trunk with a needle as a joke. The elephant felt hurt but said nothing. Later, the elephant filled his trunk with muddy water and sprayed it all over the tailor's clean clothes. The tailor realized his mistake and apologized. The elephant forgave him, and they became friends again.
